1 pinch turmeric
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Preparation:
Bring water to a boil, add ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric.
Stew for 5 minutes, then strain.
After cooling slightly, add lemon juice and honey.
